On Saturday, October 13, Le Milieu opened its doors to the public for the very first time. Imagine our delight when the guests started showing up. Then kept showing up. Then continued to show up.
Did someone order a party?
We simply could not have asked for a better opening than this. We enjoyed the company of our many guests well into the night. The blank canvases we hung went from simply white to simply beautiful over the course of the night as visitors added their creativity to the community paintings. There was food, there was drink, and most of all, there was a real sense of community.

Le Milieu is now officially open, Wednesday-Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. We genuinely hope that those who attended our opening and liked what they saw will be back to enjoy our facilities and our company.
Visitors to the space will be welcome to use the materials we have provided to make their creative visions a reality. Our café will also be open, and we will be selling home-made soups and baked goods, as well as various hot and cold drinks for those in need of refreshment.
